These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SKR Burner decentralized application (the "dApp") published by DuckerForge. By connecting your wallet and using the dApp, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Burn Mechanism

• Irreversibility: You acknowledge that burning $SKR tokens is a permanent and irreversible action. Once tokens are sent to the burn address or processed via the burn instruction, they cannot be recovered.
• No Financial Guarantee: Burning tokens is a community-driven deflationary action. It does not guarantee any increase in the value of your remaining tokens.

2. NFT Minting and Revenue Split

• Cost: Minting an NFT requires a payment in SOL based on the selected Tier (Low Flame, Medium Heat, On Fire, or Legend).
• Revenue Distribution: All SOL collected from NFT minting is automatically split:
  • 60% (Community Pool): Dedicated to weekly giveaways, prizes, and leaderboard rewards.
  • 40% (Dev & Ops): Allocated for server maintenance, RPC node costs, and app development.

3. Weekly Giveaway Rules

• Eligibility: Users who interact with the burn or minting mechanisms may be entered into a weekly draw.
• No Purchase Necessary (Compliance): Participation in the community is the primary driver. The giveaway is a promotional reward and not a regulated gambling product.
• Selection: Winners are selected based on transparent community criteria or random on-chain/off-chain draws.

4. Flag Wars

• Flag Wars is an optional in-app mini-game. Sniping the flag requires paying SOL (starting at 0.005 SOL, increasing ×1.15 per successful steal) and burning a small amount of SKR.
• Of each sniper payment: 90% goes to the Flag bag (community pool) and 10% to development / operations.
• Holding the flag accrues Fire Points over time (base rate, with higher rates on selected days). Hold rewards are credited when the flag is stolen or when the weekly reset settles.
• The Monday reset awards the current flag holder the Flag bag prize (subject to rollover rules). Participation is voluntary and carries the same blockchain risks described below.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

• Beta Software: The dApp is provided "as-is." Use it at your own risk.
• Smart Contract Risk: While we use standard SPL-token and Metaplex protocols, interactions with the Solana blockchain carry inherent risks.
• Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet.
• No investment advice: Nothing in the dApp constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
