Welcome to StarBonk (the "Game"), a mobile roguelike survivor built exclusively for the Solana Seeker device, developed and operated by DuckerForge ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, launching, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You must be at least 13 years old to play StarBonk. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on a compatible Solana Mobile device for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or modify the Game except where expressly permitted by law.
StarBonk connects to a Solana wallet of your choice via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA). The Game reads your public wallet address only and never has access to your private keys or seed phrase. Certain optional in-game features may prompt you to sign transactions on the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to:
All on-chain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for confirming each transaction before signing. We are not liable for any loss of digital assets due to user error, blockchain congestion, wallet bugs, lost seed phrases, or third-party services.
StarBonk includes a "Treasure Pool" — a wallet that accumulates a portion of in-game fees over the course of a season. Top-ranked players on the seasonal leaderboard may earn a "Treasure Key" eligible for a share of the pool. The Treasure Pool is provided as a community feature, not as a financial product. We make no guarantees regarding pool size, distribution timing, or future seasons. Pool distribution rules may change at our discretion, with reasonable notice given in-game.
StarBonk is a video game. Tokens, cosmetics, leaderboard placements, and Treasure Pool rewards are not financial instruments, securities, or investments. No purchase of in-game content should be made with the expectation of profit. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; you accept the risk.

We reserve the right to disqualify accounts found cheating from any Treasure Pool reward, without refund or compensation.
All artwork, music, code, characters, and branding in StarBonk are the property of DuckerForge or our licensors. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos for personal, non-commercial use.
We may update, patch, or temporarily disable the Game at any time. We may also discontinue the Game entirely with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, cosmetics, or rewards resulting from service discontinuation.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuckerForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency, loss of data, or loss of progress.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
